Crawford was honorably discharged from America Military in 1976 for a Vietnam period veteran. He concluded his undergraduate diploma in Political Science from Southern Oregon Condition School (now Southern Oregon College) in 1981 and instantly acquired approved into University of the Pacific, McGeorge College of Regulation, graduating in 1984.
