PENGARUH MEDIA SOSIAL DAN FASILITAS TERHADAP MINAT PENGUNJUNG DENGAN KEPERCAYAAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING (Pada Wisata Hutan Mangrove, Pantai Indah Kapuk Jakarta Utara)
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Media Sosial dan Fasilitas terhadap Minat Pengunjung, dengan variabel Kepercayaan sebagai variabel moderating. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner penelitian yang disebarkan kepada 82 responden pengunjung wisata Hutan Mangrove di Taman Wisata Alam Muara Angke Jakarta Utara. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Media Sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Pengunjung, Fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Pengunjung, dan Kepercayaan berperngaruh terhadap Minat Pengunjung. Sementara variabel Kepercayaan tidak mampu memoderasi Sosial Media terhadap Minat Pengunjung, namun Kepercayaan mampu memoderasi Fasilitas terhadap Minat Pengunjung.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the influence of social media and facilities on visitor interest, with the variable of trust as a moderating variable. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the research questionnaire. This research distributed questionnaires to 82 respondents of Mangrove Forest tourism visitors in Muara Angke Nature Park, North Jakarta. The results of this study prove that partially social media variables have a significant effect on visitor interest, facilities have a significant effect on visitor interest, and trust influences the interest of visitors. While the trust variable is not able to moderate Social Media to the Interest of Visitors, but Trust can moderate the Facility to the Interest of Visitor.
