PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN SISTEM REWARD TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI MODERASI DISIPLIN KERJA (STUDI PADA PT. MITRA INOVASI GEMILANG) DI JAKARTA

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan sistem reward terhadap kinerja karyawan dimoderasi disiplin kerja pada PT Mitra Inovasi Gemilang (MING). Sumber data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisoner kepada 69 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh atau sensus, yaitu teknik sampling jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) jenis software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil anallisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sistem reward berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis selanjutnya menunjukkan disiplin kerja memperlemah pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja memperlemah pengaruh sistem reward terhadap kinerja karyawan.

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the work environment and employee reward systems to performance moderated discipline on PT Mitra Innovations Gemilang (MING). Sources of data obtained from the deployment of questionnaires to 69 respondents. The sampling technique is used saturated or census sampling, ie saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population used as a sample. Methods of data analysis is using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) software type SmartPLS analysis version 3. The results indicated that the work environment variables has not significant effect on employee performance, the reward system has not significant effect on employee performance and discipline has significant influence on employee performance. The results of further analysis showed labor discipline weaken the influence of the work environment on employee performance and discipline weaken the influence of the reward system on employee performance.
