PENGARUH TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT DAN BUDAYA KERJA DENGAN KESEJAHTERAAN KARYAWAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI TERHADAP RETENSI KARYAWAN PT. NEW CONNECTED INDONESIA

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara program pelatihan dan pengembangan, budaya perusahaan, dan retensi staf, pengendalian terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 127 pekerja  untuk mengumpulkan data dari seluruh pekerja PT. New Connected Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 4.0, data dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Studi tersebut menemukan bahwa meskipun budaya kerja dan kesejahteraan karyawan sama-sama dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan tidak berdampak besar terhadap retensi perusahaan. Variabel kesejahteraan karyawan tidak mampu memoderasi atau memperlemah training & development dan budaya kerja terhadap retensi karyawan.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between training and development programs, corporate culture, and staff retention, controlling employee well-being. This research used a saturated sampling approach with a total of 127 workers to collect data from all PT workers. New Connected Indonesia. Using Smart PLS 4.0, data was analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The study found that although work culture and employee well-being are both influenced by organizational culture, training and development does not have a major impact on company retention. Employee welfare variables are unable to moderate or weaken training & development and work culture on employee retention.
