Pengaruh Transformasi Digital Terhadap Efisiensi Dan Proses Administrasi Pada Rumah Sakit Swasta

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Dalam banyak industri, termasuk sektor layanan kesehatan yang semakin mendapat tekanan untuk melakukan modernisasi dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan, transformasi digital telah menjadi kunci di balik inovasi dan efisiensi. Rumah sakit mulai memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan prosedur alur kerja administratif dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan efisiensi operasional sebagai respons terhadap perkembangan teknologi yang pesat dan kebutuhan akan proses serta layanan yang lebih terintegrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana transformasi digital memengaruhi prosedur administratif dan efisiensi di salah satu penyedia rumah sakit swasta terbesar di Indonesia. Penerapan transformasi digital seperti tagihan tanpa kertas, penagihan otomatis, dan rekam medis elektronik, akan menjadi inovasi digital utama yang mewakili studi kasus yang relevan untuk menilai hasil dari transformasi digital. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang tergabung dalam divisi keuangan dan Front Office dengan jumlah 120 orang. Dari populasi tersebut, diambil sampel sejumlah 60 responden. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan analisis regresi multivariat, koefisien determinasi, dan uji statistik deskriptif untuk meneliti bagaimana alat digital dapat meningkatkan alur kerja rumah sakit, akurasi, penyampaian layanan, dan efisiensi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap proses administratif dan efisiensi rumah sakit. Bagi para manajer rumah sakit dan penyedia layanan kesehatan yang ingin mengintegrasikan solusi digital berkelanjutan ke dalam operasional mereka, wawasan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan arahan strategis.

ABSTRACT

In many industries, including the healthcare sector which is increasingly under pressure to modernize and improve service quality, digital transformation has become a key driver of innovation and efficiency. Hospitals are beginning to leverage digital technologies to enhance administrative workflow procedures and contribute to improved operational efficiency in response to rapid technological advancements and the need for more integrated processes and services. The purpose of this study is to examine how digital transformation affects administrative procedures and efficiency in one of the largest private hospital providers in Indonesia. The implementation of digital transformations such as paperless billing, automated invoicing, and electronic medical records will serve as the main digital innovations representing a relevant case study to evaluate the outcomes of digital transformation. The population of this study includes all employees in the finance and front office divisions, totaling 120 individuals. From this population, a sample of 60 respondents was selected. This quantitative research utilizes multivariate regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and descriptive statistical tests to investigate how digital tools can improve hospital workflows, accuracy, service delivery, and efficiency. The findings indicate that digital transformation has a positive and significant impact on hospital administrative processes and efficiency. For hospital managers and healthcare providers seeking to integrate sustainable digital solutions into their operations, these insights are expected to provide strategic guidance.
