MENINGKATKAN KNOWLEDGE SHARING DI ORGANISASI: STUDI LITERATUR TERHADAP FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KNOWLEDGE SHARING

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Knowledge Sharing adalah salah satu kemampuan organisasi yang paling penting untuk mendapatkan dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif. Knowledge Sharing sangat bergantung pada pertukaran pengetahuan antara pekerja.  Berdasarkan studi literatur ditemukan 17 faktor yang mampu mempengaruhi knowledge sharing. Faktor-faktor tersebut kemudian dianalisis dan dikategorikan berdaarkan aspek kendali organisais. Terdapat 8 faktor di luar kendali organisasi dan terdapat 9 faktor di dalam kendali organisasi. Peneliti knowledge management dapat memfokuskan diri untuk melakukan penelitian pada faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap knowledge sharing yang berada di dalam kendali organisasi.

ABSTRACT

Knowledge is one of the most important organizational abilities to gain and maintain a competitive advantage. Knowledge depends heavily on the exchange of knowledge between workers. Based on the study of literature, 17 factors have been identified that can influence the sharing of knowledge. These factors are then analyzed and categorized according to the organizational control aspects. There are eight factors outside of the organization's control and there are nine factors within the Organization Control. Knowledge management researchers can focus on conducting research on the factors that influence the sharing of knowledge within the controlling organization.
