Abstract
ABSTRACT
Agreement entered into between Main Dealer PT. Wahana Makmur Sejati and PT. Abelindo Jaya Samudera was an agreement on the appointment as Astra Honda Authorized Service Station (AHASS) Dealer. Such appointment was made subject to the appointment criteria and procedures as stipulated by Main Dealer and Sole Distributor, Astra Honda Motor. Since this agreement was not formalized in such an authentic and notorized deed, it was disproportional to the Dealer. Legal consequences of the AHASS agreement were an incurrence of contractually consented rights and obligations; however, as Dealer was in the event of default, i.e. the selling by Dealer of non -genuine Honda spare parts, the extension of agreement on the appointment as Dealer of AHASS H3 was not granted.
