INTENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN MAHASISWA STUDI PERBANDINGAN MAHASISWA EKSAKTA DENGAN MAHASISWA NON-EKSAKTA UTA’45 JAKARTA

Abstract


Survei terhadap 84 mahasiswa eksakta dan non-eksakta pada Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 menunjukkan bahwa intensi kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa dan faktor yang mempengaruhi berbeda antar dua bidang keilmuan. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk membandingkan dampak dari konteks bidang keilmuan yang berbeda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri mempengaruhi intensi kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945. Kesiapan instrumental dan pengalaman kerja menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi niat kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945. Latar belakang pendidikan menjadi faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi niat kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945. Kebutuhan akan prestasi, usia dan jenis kelamin tidak memiliki dampak signifikan secara statistik. Namun, mereka hanya menjelaskan 28,2% dan 14,2% (R2) total varian dari intensi kewirausahaan untuk mahasiswa eksakta dan non-eksakta pada Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 masing- masing. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi perguruan tinggi, instansi pemerintah dan pembuat kebijakan sehingga dapat merangsang dan mendorong semangat kewirausahaan.
