KOMUNIKASI DAN KONFIK TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh komunikasi dan konflik terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari (Persero) Shipyard Jakarta-1. Unit analisis ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari (Persero) Shipyard Jakarta-1.Sampel berjumlah 82 dari 452 karyawan. Metode pengambilan sampel proporsional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi dan konflik berdampak signifikan dan positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komunikasi, konflik dan komitmen organisasi berdampak signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.Komunikasi dan konflik berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi.
