Dari Media ke Algoritma: Rekonfigurasi Ekosistem Komunikasi Politik melalui Perspektif Actor–Network Theory

Abstract


Penelitian ini menganalisis pergeseran komunikasi politik dari dominasi media massa ke ekosistem digital berbasis algoritma dengan perspektif Actor-Network Theory (ANT). Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dalam paradigma konstruktivis, penelitian ini menelusuri relasi aktor manusia dan non-manusia. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa algoritma berperan sebagai actant dan mediator yang membentuk visibilitas serta makna pesan politik berdasarkan logika keterlibatan. Proses translation dan black-boxing menunjukkan bahwa informasi politik berubah dalam sistem yang tidak sepenuhnya transparan, sementara realitas politik terbentuk melalui penguatan isu di ruang digital. Algoritma berperan penting dalam merekonfigurasi ekosistem komunikasi politik kontemporer.
